Two initial projects of the KLSC Alliance
Modeling project and narrative project  KLSC is developing two projects as initial efforts. The projects represent two complementary perspectives on the same question, namely how do people understand and accept or deny available knowledge and how does that understanding and response relate to individual and collective actions that affect sustainability at multiple temporal and spatial scales. The “modeling” project takes a predominantly analytical, cognitive, and educational perspective; the “narratives” project focuses on the affective, motivational, and cultural perspective.
